Immerse yourselves in the rich tapestry of Peranakan culture at "The Ondeh-Ful Ondeh"! This unique event invites families to dive into the vibrant world of Peranakan traditions through hands-on activities and interactive learning.

📚 Bilingual Storytelling (a cute little story written in Singapore about Nonya Kuehs)

🎨 Painting Peranakan Tiles

 🧑‍🍳Making Ondeh Ondeh

 🎮Play "Five Stones" and childhood games

🛍️ Goodie Bags

Learn the art of making Ondeh Ondeh, the beloved Peranakan dessert. Families will craft these delightful green balls filled with sweet palm sugar and coated in grated coconut, discovering the delicious heritage behind this treat.

Next, explore the colourful world of Peranakan artistry at our tile-painting station. Children will get creative, painting their own Peranakan tiles and taking home a piece of this beautiful cultural tradition.

Throughout the event, learn fascinating facts about Peranakan history and traditions, enriching your understanding of this unique cultural blend.

And as a special memento of this unforgettable day, each family will take home their handmade Ondeh Ondeh and a beautifully painted Peranakan tile/ coaster.
