SG60 Colouring Contest – Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to the SG60 Colouring Contest (“Contest”) organised by Joyful Plates. By submitting an entry, you agree to these T&Cs.
1. Eligibility

The Contest is open to children aged 3–12 years at the time of entry.

Participants must be residents of Sydney, Australia.

The entry must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian on behalf of the child.

Children of sponsors and organisers are welcome to participate and are equally eligible to win, provided all other contest rules are met.
2. How to Enter

Download and print the official SG60 colouring sheet from www.joyfulplates.com.au/SG60Syd.
-
Colour, draw, and complete the sheet creatively.
-
Take a clear photo of the completed sheet.
-
Upload the photo using the online submission form at www.joyfulplates.com.au/SG60Syd by 3 August 2025, 3:15 PM AEST.

Entries received after the deadline will not be considered.
3. Valid Entries
-
Only entries that use the official SG60 colouring sheet will be accepted.

Entries must be fully coloured and show effort to be valid. Incomplete, blank, or inappropriate entries will be disqualified.

To complete your entry, parent needs to fill out the Singapore Global Network (SGN) survey. Only entries with a completed survey will be eligible for the contest. If you are submitting multiple entries, you only have to complete the survey once.

Each child may submit multiple entries as long as they are valid. Joyful Plates reserve the rights to disqualify invalid entries.
4. Prizes & Winner Selection

Three (3) winners will be randomly drawn.

Winners will be selected via lucky draw and notified via the parent’s email or phone provided in the submission.

Winners will be announced at the Joyful Sg60 Celebration and if winner is not at the event, they will be contacted within seven (7) days after the deadline.

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable for cash, or redeemable for other goods or services.
5. Use of Entries

By submitting an entry, you consent to your child’s artwork, first name, and age being displayed publicly in the SG60 live online gallery and Joyful Plates’ social media channels, website, or promotional materials.

By entering this contest, you consent to your contact details being shared with our sponsor(s) for promotional purposes. Your information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy of Joyful Plates and the sponsor(s).
6. General

Joyful Plates reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entries.

Joyful Plates reserves the right to cancel, amend, or modify the Contest or these T&Cs at any time without notice if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.

Joyful Plates’ decision on any aspect of the Contest is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
